Guided Meditations

The guided meditations offer an immersive, auditory experience of the most essential aspects of the rituals and help to deepen your skills in interoception (body awareness) and self-regulation.

Loving All of You

We want others to love all of us but we cannot ask that of other people without loving all of ourselves, first. We have an unrealistic image of who we should be and how we should look, constantly judging ourselves and scrutinizing every inch of our bodies. It is cruel how we treat the gift of having a body which, in return for all it does to keep us alive, we don’t show much appreciation for it, often taking it for granted, and seemingly ignoring how much it does to keep us alive. Enjoy.

Regulating the Nervous System (Voo Breathing Method)

One of the keys to overcoming stress, anxiety and trauma is regulating the nervous system. This guided meditation does that by tapping into the vagus nerve, which directly impacts how our bodies respond to stress. Through the Voo breathing method, the vibrating sound on the outbreath settles this bundle of nerves—from brain to gut—optimizing your vitality, boosting your immune system and lowering stress. Enjoy!

“I Am” Mantras

Taken from Sanskrit, mantras are affirmations you say to yourself that motivate and inspire you. Mantras begin with the two most powerful words ever spoken: I am. In the English language, this is also how we can speak something into existence that hasn’t happened yet. We can put it into present tense. “I am” should be spoken from a sacred part of you—right in the center of your heart space—that is aligned with your Infinite Source. With your mantra, you are speaking your wishes into existence.

Body Appreciation

We place so little attention on all the things our bodies do for us and too much attention on the appearance of our bodies. This guided recording takes you inside the body on a journey through all it does, raising the listener’s awareness of the interior self. It’s a beautiful way to appreciate everything the body does for us. I hope you enjoy it.

Interoception—Beyond Sensation

The most powerful way to quiet the mind and regulate the nervous system is to practice interoception, which is the mind’s ability to notice and be with what’s happening inside the body. Interoception engages your brain’s medial prefrontal cortex (known as the “third eye” in eastern philosophy)—the observing part of your brain. Simply put, interoception is the mind and body coming together and falling in love with each other, over and over again. I hope you enjoy this immersive experience.
