Executive Coaching

My coaching model—Original Blueprint® Coaching Method—is a neuroscience-based approach that changes beliefs (neuroplasticity) and behaviors (neurophysiology) so that the change becomes lasting and embodied. The Original Blueprint® Coaching Method draws upon adult development theories, sheds old mindsets and behaviors, and supports the leader in embodying the best version of themselves. It’s different than most coaching models because it incorporates self-regulation and presence-based practices that make leaders more compelling, influential, and inspirational.

Ideally, leadership teams participate in the Original Blueprint® Method Coaching program in parallel, so that the change is systemic and sustainable. In these instances, the leadership team will convene 3-4 times throughout the coaching program in group sessions facilitated by me and my team. With full participation, this coordinated approach will transform a team of leaders into a leadership team.
